RETURN + DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY
Free Delivery on all orders over $39 (before tax)
We offer EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of your package being delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange/credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging or with original tags attached. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. ALL SALE Items are final sale. This includes the use of discount codes.
We do not offer refunds, however if you have a concern about your products please feel free to contact us.
If the condition of your item is not approved for an exchange, it will be sent or given back to you.
We do our best to carry quality made and designed products. As every pet is different in their play style, wear and tear is always a possibility and we make no claims that any items we carry are indestructible. If a product has a manufacturer guarantee we hold the right to honour it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specifically directed to do so by the that company.
That Dog Next Door aims to process customer orders the same day of order placement. We will contact customers if an order is out of stock, if there is an issue, or if there is a delay with an order.
That Dog Next Door offers free delivery of all products to customers in the city of Toronto within our delivery boundaries (BATHURST TO KEELE & DAVENPORT TO COLLEGE) with a minimum purchase of $40 CDN before taxes for each delivery order. That Dog Next Door has the right to distinguish delivery boundaries and may refuse deliveries at any time with due cause. All deliveries within the city of Toronto will be delivered by our delivery driver(s).
That Dog Next Door retains the right to choose to deliver products to customers in the city of Toronto who fall outside our delivery boundaries (BATHURST TO KEELE & DAVENPORT TO COLLEGE) with a minimum purchase of $60 CDN. Please contact us if you are outside our delivery boundaries.
That Dog Next Door will deliver refrigerated and frozen products to our customers. If the customer will not be home at the time of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to leave a cooler or freezer bag out for the delivery driver(s) to access and place the items in. If the customer does not leave out a cooler or freezer bag, the delivery driver(s) will leave the refrigerated or frozen delivery, and That Dog Next Door is not responsible for any damage that occurs by leaving the refrigerated or frozen food at the requested delivery location.
If no one is home, and the customer has indicated such, then That Dog Next Door has the right to leave the order outside the customer’s home or requested delivery location. In such cases, That Dog Next Door is not to be held responsible for theft or any weather related damage or any other damage that may occur. If pet food products or other edible pet products are found to be defective, they will be replaced with the same item or in some cases a similar item of equal value only.
That Dog Next Door makes every effort possible to ensure safe and timely deliveries to its customers. However, if a customer(s) has instructed That Dog Next Door to leave their package(s) at a specified delivery location (ie. at the customer's apartment door*, on their porch, or with concierge, etc.) That Dog Next Door absolves itself of any further responsibility of the package(s) that are left unattended, as per customer instructions. In the rare occurrence(s) that a package(s) is stolen from its customer-specified delivery drop-off location, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of replacing the merchandise and must be home, or have a third party present, to accept a subsequent delivery of the package(s) in order to prevent any further loss or theft.
